In Family Court, discovery is not automatic. Formal discovery may only be undertaken on Court Order after motion, or by agreement. Formal discovery can include Interrogatories (written questions), Production Requests (for documents and other tangible evidence), depositions (questions on oral examination), and Requests for Admission (to admit facts or law applicable to the case). |
